The first incidence that assured the channel leaders was the fact that they could foresee the success as well as the accomplishment of the big day. The mentioned leaders came up with the idea of organizing a cartoon network cricket tournament of their leadership positions. Success is what each and every person is up to, and especially those in a leadership role. On the big day of the cartoon characters cricket tournament, the turnout of both the cartoon fans as well as those of the cricket game was spectacular, tremendous and encouraging. The notion was a clear sign that whatever the approach that was put in place in support of the event, it was the right one.
Stratagem and scheme that the organizers and the cartoon network channel leaders applied was that they came up with a super plan of bringing both the parents and the grown-ups together with the children. Various family households came together and united on the day of the tournament. Some of the people who attended had much fun by watching the cricket game, but to the lovers of the cartoon programs particularly children, graced the occasion to check on their favorite characters play. Additionally, the kids got a variety of game to participate in as part of the tournament program. It was a unification program that boosted the trust in most of the leaders who were involved in the table plan of the event. Other than entertainment, unification of family members pegged with their social interaction with other people stand as highly promoted by cartoon network television program channels in the state of India. But despite the few challenges that were encountered by the security team and the tournament officials, everything was excellent and superb.
